Matthew A. Cartwright

U.S. Rep. (PA-8) 2013-2025

Former Congressman Cartwright brings legislative expertise as a former U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 8th and 17th Congressional District, where he served for 12 years. During his congressional tenure, Congressman Cartwright authored 16 bills that were signed into law by three different presidential administrations, building bipartisan consensus. For two consecutive years, he ranked #1 in Pennsylvania for securing federal project funding for his district. 

Before his congressional service, Congressman Cartwright established his legal career as a respected attorney with Munley Law for 25 years. He is the co-author of Litigating Commercial and Business Tort Cases (Thomson Reuters, 2011), a nationally recognized legal treatise on bet-the-company business litigation.

Congressman Cartwright holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Hamilton College.

Steve Russell

U.S. Rep. (OK-5) 2015-2019

CLt. Col. (Ret.) Russell offers clients a unique combination of military leadership, legislative experience, and strategic insight. As a former U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 5th District and Oklahoma State Senator, Congressman Russell developed extensive expertise in government operations, national security, and public policy. 

Prior to his political career, Congressman Russell served his country for 21 years as a U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, receiving numerous commendations including the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal with Valor Device and Oak Leaf Cluster, Combat Infantryman's Badge, and Valorous Unit Award. His Airborne and Ranger qualifications further demonstrate his exceptional leadership capabilities and commitment to excellence.

Congressman Russell is the author of the critically acclaimed 'We Got Him!: A Memoir of the Hunt and Capture of Saddam Hussein' (Simon & Schuster, 2011), chronicling his unit's role in the capture of the Iraqi dictator.

Congressman Russell holds a MMAS from the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth and a BA  from Ouachita Baptist University.

April Niver

Dr. April Niver is an accomplished economic and community development strategist with nearly two decades of experience spanning politics, education, and public policy. 

As Economic Development Director in the U.S. House of Representatives for over 10 years, she cultivated extensive relationships with government agencies, non-profits, and private sector organizations while spearheading initiatives that drove sustainable economic growth and community revitalization.

Dr. Niver’s career includes leadership roles as a campaign manager, education director, and educator. She holds a PhD and MA from Arizona State University and a BA from Seton Hill University.
